1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital assets and digital delivery, completed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable. However, we aim to resolve customer concerns fairly and transparently.
2. When Refunds Are Available
A refund may be issued if:
- The order cannot be completed or delivered
- The transaction is canceled before delivery
- A technical error prevents fulfillment
- A duplicate or erroneous charge occurs
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available if:
- Delivery has been successfully completed
- The customer provided incorrect delivery details
- Market price changes after purchase
- The customer no longer wishes to hold the purchased digital asset
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the issuing bank and payment network.
5. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We make every effort to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
